Dear Volunteers:

On behalf of the Host District Committee I would like to thank you very much for giving of your time and effort during the 2009 Toastmasters International Convention. I spoke to many Toastmasters who told me what a well run convention we had. It was through efforts such as yours that the convention was such a great success.

Personally, I had a wonderful time working with many of you, reconnecting with those I already knew, meeting those of you I didn’t know and finally putting faces to the names I had seen on my database reports for months.

Please take your experiences back to your clubs and share them with those member who were unable to attend the convention. I know I will.
